		Returns Safe & Sound will gladly refund your money or exchange an item if the following conditions are met: For items damaged during shipping, returns/exchanges must be authorized by our office within 48 hours of recepit of package For items not functioning properly, returns/exchanges must be authorized by our office within 5 days of receipt of delivery Returns must be received by us no later than 10 days after authorization Material must be in merchandizable condition and in its original packaging A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all returns All sales are final on custom orders We cannot accept items for return or exchange under the following conditions: Item is not in its original packaging Package is not in its original condition Any part of the product is missing If the serial number is missing or indication serial number has been altered Remote controls or other programmable equipment must have default programs
